Arrest made on Rape Charge

Wednesday, February 18, 2004

On Wednesday February 18, 2004 Juvenile Detectives with the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office have concluded a two-week investigation, which resulted in the arrest of 42 year-old Hal W. Clark of the 200 block of South Fork Drive in Youngsville. He is being charged with 1 Count of Forcible Rape, 1 Count of Molestation of a Juvenile and 6 Counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile. These charges date back to the summer of 2003 to the present and involve two female victim's ages 13 and 15.
