The mission of the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office is the maintenance of social order within carefully prescribed ethical, constitutional, and legal restrictions. In partnership with the community, under the direction of Sheriff Michael W. Neustrom, the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office is dedicated to providing professional law enforcement services that promote public safety.
