Steps to Employment

Before Testing, potential applicants shall be required to produce valid documentation consisting of a Driver’s license, Social Security card, Birth Certificate, and high school/G.E.D. or college diploma with a complete application.  Once this is completed, you will be contacted to schedule a Testing Appointment.

Criminal History check (N.C.I.C)
Turn in completed application

T.A.B.E test or Correctional Exam completed

Division interviews

Human Resources Interview

Polygraph Examination

Background Investigation

Conditional Offer of Employment

Step 8
Psychological Screening (HBI-R)

Step 9
Medical Examination and Drug Screening

Final Offer of Employment
