Reward offered in Murder case

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office has been contacted by the local Pizza Hut in Lafayette (American Pizza Company) who advised, they are offering a $10,000 reward to anyone that gives Law Enforcement information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for the Murder of Timothy Falgout. Mr. Falgout is the Pizza Hut driver who was murdered on Monday March 29, 2010 as he was delivering an order in the 300 Block of Rue Canard Street.
Restrictions do apply to the reward, some are:

The information given must be new and unknown to Law Enforcement.
The first caller’s correct information will be awarded the reward.
The reward will only be offered until October 20, 2010
Law Enforcement Personnel are not eligible.

The family of Tim Falgout has also contacted the Sheriff’s Office and issued the following statement:
“We wish to express our deepest appreciation to Pizza Hut for offering a reward for the arrest of Tim’s killer. We want to thank the Lafayette Parish sheriff’s office and the detectives who are working tirelessly to solve Tim’s senseless murder.
We pray that anyone with information about this tragedy to our family will come forward with that information as soon as possible so than an arrest can be made quickly.
Our prayers are with all who are working so diligently to solve this horrible crime.”
