Burglary Suspect Sought

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the assistance of the public in identifying a man who kicked in a door to a home that was occupied by a 16 old year female resident.  The victim in the case observed a Blue Dodge Dakota Truck pull up in the driveway of their home in the 200 block Longpointe Drive, the man knocked at the door and the victim ignored the knocks because the man was unfamiliar, within minutes the man kicked in the garage door to the home and came face to face with the occupant, the suspect then fled in the truck.  The victim has assisted authorities in compiling this composite drawing of the man.  Anyone with information should contact the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office or Lafayette Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
