Reentry Program

The Reentry Program includes intervention strategies that will help deter the recidivism of offenders. The approach will help offenders in acquiring services needed to become law abiding, productive citizens within their community.

While participating in the program, offenders reside at the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office Work Release facility. Upon completion of the Reentry program, clients maybe transferred to Work Release status if authorzied by La. Department of Corrections.

  • Family reunification
  • Moral Reconation Therapy
  • Literacy and GED prep
  • Computer Aided Instruction
  • Act Preparation, Computer Skills
  • Financial Planning
  • Life Skills
  • Transitional Services
  • Technical School and College application assistance
  • Financial Aid Information
