Another arrest in Falgout murder case

On Tuesday August 17, 2010 Lafayette Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested 41 year old Marcus Feast of Lafayette for Principal to First Degree Murder. In connection with the murder of Timothy Falgout, the pizza hut delivery driver who was murdered on March 29, 2010.
Through the continuing investigation of this case Sheriff’s Office Detectives have discovered that Marcus Feast was the driver of a gold Mercedes that followed Timothy Falgout to his delivery location. At this time detectives do not have evidence to suggest that Feast was a participant in the attack and robbery of Falgout, only that he was the driver of the vehicle used in the crime.

Marcus Feast has been incarcerated into the Lafayette Parish Correctional
Center on a charge of Principle to First Degree Murder.
