• If an offender does not have any money, can he or she receive commissary?

  If an offender’s commissary account contains 75 cents or less, after 30 days of incarceration, he or she is eligible for an indigent kit (stamped envelopes, legal paper, and personal hygiene items)  

• What can offenders purchase from commissary?
  Inmates can purchase food items, such as candy, chips, soup, personal hygiene items, and writing materials etc.
• What is Mailing Address for Offender Commissary?
